How much space do you need?
I can adapt to any room, be it a ballroom or a smaller meeting space. Requirements include: a clear stage/floor area and simple AV needs (headset mic, basic sound, video, or PowerPoint if applicable).
How far do you travel?
Eric is located in Nashville, TN and is available for nationwide travel.
How long is your show?
Due to the nature of private events, the performance time is relative to the client's needs. Typically, strolling magic is charged per hour, and stage or close-up shows range from 30-90 minutes.
Will you involve our team/executives in the show?
Yes — audience participation is central to the experience, but it's never at anyone's expense. I choose participants thoughtfully, and nobody is asked to do anything embarrassing. The goal is for your team to walk away talking about how well they looked, and how amazed they felt!
There is never any crude humor, politics, or anything that puts your team members in an uncomfortable spot. It's polished, clean, and works whether your audience is executives, clients, or a mix of departments and generations.
How much does it cost, and what is included?
Strolling Entertainment in Nashville starts at $750
Seated performances start at $2,500.
Headliner and keynote presentations are based on format and size. You will receive a custom quote based on several factors: travel, event type, guest count, performance length, etc.
What is the booking process to hire you?
Eric works with a simple performance agreement and requires a 50% deposit to confirm the date(s), followed by the balance payment 2 weeks prior to the event. The performance agreement will cover the cancellation policy, liability insurance, and technical rider. Submit your request below to get started!
